My husband and I were hesitant to become Returning Ford owners as we had been Toyota drivers for several years after switching from Ford to Toyota. However once the new Broncos came out, my husband would always say how much he liked the looks of them. Then last spring my oldest granddaughter bought her first brand new vehicle before her graduation and it was the Bronco Sport BigBend. Well, she couldn’t say enough great things about that cute little rig and just this past weekend with the friendly assistance of Susan we were able to make a trade that we were happy with, a low financing and good trade in on our Rav 4 sealed the deal. So now we are again Ford owners ,this time buying ,you guessed it, a 2023 Bronco Sport BigBend. Thank you for everyone being so kind, helpful, and welcoming us back into Ford World!

I have had three service experiences with Arundel Ford over the last couple of years. Each one has met or exceeded my expectations. This last one was the best yet. I will be driving from Maine back to Florida. I brought my 2019 Escape in to make sure it was ready for the trip, most especially because there was an unusal sound that I could not identify. Turns out the car was totally out of alignment and I would need 4 new tires. Arundel Ford service told me the car was safe to drive and I could get back to Florida on the tires, potentially passing up the money from suggesting I get 4 new tires immediately. Because I have come to trust Arundel Ford service, I asked them to put on the 4 new tires. The price they gave me was competitive with any other option locally. Most dealers are not price competitive.They provide a valet pick up and drop off service. You really feel like they care about their customers. Great job Arundel Ford.

They did not repair issues car was brought in for- I left the car for the day -they called 3 hours later and said car was done. I picked up car, only to find things not done fully , and no inspection sticker was given because of issues- they NEVER told me of the problems. when I left the dealership and realized things were not done- I was told to make another appt. VERY UPSET my time is valuable too, What did I pay for ? NOT PLANNING ON GOING BACK!

I had nothing but an amazing, simple, and straight forward experience with Arundel ford. Ben was my salesman and made sure to have all the details of the truck pointed out before I showed up. I traveled 2.5 hours to come pick up my new truck and when i got there it was EXACTLY as they described and was ready for me to take it home. All the staff in the building were welcoming and very happy to help with any and all my questions. Ben went out of his way to make sure this whole transaction was perfect and he totally delivered!
